Education Associates, LP ensures quality content in your syllabus, curriculum, or training material by using sound instructional design methods. The ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) separates the process into five components:
Analysis – $95.00/hour.
A needs Analysis is the first essential step in ensuring quality training and education. Education Associates, LP determines the gap between what staff, students, or trainers know and what you would like them to learn. This so-called “learning gap” will be the substance of the syllabus, curriculum, or training program.
Design – $75.00/hour
The Design phase is the second step. Once learning and performance objectives have been identified through a well-designed needs analysis, the foundation of a curriculum for your organization’s training material or procedures can be laid.
Development – $75.00/hour
During the Development phase, training materials identified in the design phase are fully developed. Education Associates, LP will write, assemble, and develop into final form the materials and timelines identified during the design phase.
Implementation – $25.00/hour
The Implementation phase is the actual presentation of training or instructional material. Education Associates, LP can provide direct instruction to ensure that what looks good on paper works in the training room or classroom. Alternatively, through support, guidance, or observation in the training room or classroom, we can help you to diagnose whether new instruction methods may be a better solution than a new curriculum.
Evaluation – $50.00/hour
Evaluation ensures your new curriculum meets the objectives you have identified. Education Associates, LP uses exit exams, surveys, interviews, and performance measures to determine whether your redesigned curriculum is successful. Comparing evaluation criteria to baseline numbers creates evidence of improved performance. Education Associates, LP can evaluate curricula we design for you or help you evaluate your in-house improvements.
